I've been seeing the same doctor here for so many years, and things have changed a bit over the years of course, but I have always been very happy with my doctor, he always has gone above and beyond & helped me through some really tough times. Although, years ago (4+ ) I was treated poorly many times by the same receptionist but I haven't seen her in a few years thank goodness. The receptionists that work here now are all wonderful and very helpful. Now I always have a great experience with everyone in chc medical.
Dr. Borah Kim at the Community Health Center of Snohomish is an outstanding dentist. She is gentle, patient, and always makes my daughter feel comfortable and cared for. The entire team is welcoming and professional, and we are so grateful for the excellent care. I highly recommend Dr. Kim and the Community Health Center of Snohomish!
Unfortunately they have not been in tune with their hours of operations. Unless they recently changed Mondays closing time to 6:30pm, I would recommend making sure a 7pm close time listed on Google is updated. That way no one is wasting there time commuting to a facility that is not open.... Patients come first. Dr. Perez was very personable and genuinely cared about my son's condition. Very helpful with different choices for his health care plan and set things moving right away. Very happy to find a Dr. that seems to actually care these days!
Great location. Plenty of parking. Staff was very nice and efficient. Day after my appt I did a walkin for blood draw and it was a breeze! I think my only feedback/critique would be it does take a while to schedule an appt.
The visit was quick and it all ways a pleasure to get advice from my doctor. He listens to my concerns and make sure I'm comfortable with what every plan we both agree on going forward. The part that I truly like is take the time to make sure my blood pressure reading is right. Sometimes it need to be taken manually because the reading is off at times. I have an awesome doctor. Wow! What a great experience I had! My dentist was kind, understanding, patient and was explaining every step he was doing. He really made me feel like I was in great hands. He did a wonderful job on fixing my tooth! I'm looking forward to my next appointment knowing he'll take good care of me and get the job done quickly and safely.
